As the general contractor, Maplewood Group is proud to have partnered with Highland Park Village Partners and a Dallas based A-team of engineers, architects and trades to demise and repurpose the the old grocery building of the shopping center. Originally built in the 1940's, this 32,000sf anchor building has been reconstructed to include new foundations, significant steel infrastructure, major and minor utilities, and services. Successful redemise and finish of the space into ten individual units was delivered Fall of 2015.
